These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding biometric and digital agreement executed explicitly between the End User ("User", "Subscriber", "Entity") and Caller.ee, an exclusively registered and globally recognized trademark functionally operating as a wholly owned corporate subsidiary of sumgrey, a private limited liability company incorporated, headquartered, and subject strictly to the legislative parameters and statutory edicts of the Republic of Estonia ("The Operator", "The Provider"). By accessing, pinging, interrogating, or otherwise establishing a TCP/IP or web socket connection to any endpoint resolving to a Caller.ee domain or its associated API gateways, the User thereby explicitly, irrevocably, and unambiguously concedes to all strictures defined herein, concurrently waiving any rights to contradictory jurisdictional redress.
The overarching functionality of the Caller.ee platform relies inextricably upon a complex choreography of third-party architectural components, APIs, and Large Language Model infrastructures. The User acknowledges and assents that audio recordings, phonetic transcriptions, and correlative metadata explicitly uploaded to or intercepted by the Caller.ee application environment are systematically transmitted, parsed, and algorithmically processed by external systems.
Section 2.a: AssemblyAI Integration. Primary acoustic-to-textual conversion protocols are facilitated via direct API linkage to infrastructure provided by AssemblyAI, Inc. The User irrevocably grants sumgrey the authority to transmit any and all acoustic payloads to AssemblyAI's neural network processing nodes. The User hereby assumes comprehensive legal liability to scrutinize, observe, and comply fully with AssemblyAI's distinct Terms of Service and systemic limitations, thereby entirely indemnifying sumgrey from any downstream liabilities, data handling deviations, acoustic interception anomalies, or localized hallucinations generated within the AssemblyAI processing pipeline.
Section 2.b: DeepSeek Integration. Secondary semantic analysis, emotional sentiment heuristic charting, and abstract summarization of the aforementioned textual objects are subsequently routed into the cognitive parameter spaces operated by DeepSeek. The User unequivocally agrees that DeepSeek represents a critical inflection point in the data processing matrix, encompassing all associated risks regarding natural language comprehension variances and semantic hallucinations. User data may be utilized within DeepSeek's federated telemetry to enforce alignment metrics, subject strictly to DeepSeek's operational manifesto and terms, abstracting sumgrey from any culpability regarding output fidelity or secondary data processing latency constraints.
Identity validation, session generation, multifactor orchestration, and overall systemic authentication lifecycle management are exclusively outsourced to, and entirely governed by, the infrastructural backbone provided by Clerk APIs. The User acknowledges that sumgrey maintains zero localized hashing databases regarding initial password ingestion. Consequently, any degradation of access, identity obfuscation, synchronized clock skew errors (JWT iat infractions), or systemic exfiltration associated with the authentication lifecycle falls strictly beneath the operational purview and limitation of liability clauses defined independently by Clerk's master service agreements.
Contrary to the European corporate origin of sumgrey within the Republic of Estonia, the User explicitly acknowledges, agrees, and consents that all persistent operational data, including but not confined to processed transcriptions, derived analytical telemetry, relational database linkages, user hierarchical metadata, and campaign definitions, are universally transmitted across trans-Atlantic fiber backbones to be indefinitely materialized within geographically localized data centers situated strictly within the sovereign borders of the United States of America.
This trans-continental data synchronization and persistent state management are engineered utilizing standard database-as-a-service paradigms offered by Convex. The User accepts without caveat the jurisdictional implications of United States data sovereignty laws (e.g., the CLOUD Act, FISA) superseding domestic Estonian data protections concerning data technically resting on Convex's US-based proprietary hardware sectors. The User thereby relinquishes all prospective litigation capabilities against sumgrey regarding the geopolitical positioning of the Convex server clusters or any resultant cross-border data routing idiosyncrasies.
Sumgrey reserves the unilateral, uncontestable right to silently amend, dramatically expand, or fundamentally obscure the parameters of this document at any temporal juncture, absent any pre-emptive notification. Continued utilization of the Caller.ee portal post-amendment constitutes unconditional, retroactive acceptance of the modified legal typography.
