Contact centers run on conversations. We help you hear them.
Caller.ee is built by Sumgrey, a European software company with one obsession: turning the thousands of calls a contact center handles into evidence its leaders can actually use.
Our story
Caller.ee started with a familiar scene: a QA team with headphones, a spreadsheet, and a folder of thousands of recordings — of which they would listen to a few dozen. Everyone in the room knew the sample was too small. Nobody had a better option that didn't involve shipping customer calls to a chain of overseas AI vendors.
So we built the better option. First came the product: transcription with speaker separation, scorecards written in plain language, analytics that end in a coaching decision. Then came the harder, more important step — we rebuilt the entire AI pipeline to run on European infrastructure that we operate ourselves. Transcription, voice intelligence, analysis, search: all of it, in the EU, under our control.
That choice costs us more engineering and buys our customers something rare in AI software: a data story with no asterisks. Your calls enter our European infrastructure, are processed there, and stay there.
Today Caller.ee is in public beta, free to use, and improving weekly with feedback from the contact centers already running on it.
