The pipeline, in plain language

From a folder of recordings to a coaching plan

Every call you upload travels through five automated stages. Here's what happens at each one, what question it answers for your operation — and what we never do with your data along the way.

STAGE 01

Upload your calls

"How do I get my recordings in?"

Drag in call recordings — MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A — one by one or in bulk. Assign them to a client, campaign and agent as you upload, or reorganize later. You can pick the call's language for maximum accuracy, or let the system detect it automatically. No telephony integration, no IT project: if you can export recordings, you can start today.

  • Bulk upload with per-file validation
  • Assign client, campaign and agent at upload
  • 40+ languages: force one or auto-detect

STAGE 02

Transcription & speaker separation

"Who said what, exactly?"

Each call is transcribed by speech models we run on our own European infrastructure. The audio is split by voice into agent and customer turns — even when the recording is a single mono channel, which is what most phone systems export. The result is a clean, timestamped, speaker-labeled transcript.

  • Speaker separation that works on mono phone audio
  • Timestamps on every utterance
  • Strong accuracy on regional languages like Catalan, Galician and Basque

STAGE 03

Privacy protection

"What about sensitive customer data?"

Before anything is stored or analyzed, optional PII redaction removes emails, phone numbers, national ID numbers, IBANs, card numbers, names and addresses from the transcript. You control it per account, and override it per campaign — useful when different clients have different compliance requirements.

  • Structured identifiers validated before removal
  • Names and addresses caught in multiple languages
  • Per-account default with per-campaign override

STAGE 04

Scorecard analysis

"Was this a good call — by our standards?"

This is where your quality criteria take over. You build scorecards from plain-language instructions — 'Did the agent state the mandatory disclaimer?', 'Summarize the objections raised', 'Was the closing protocol followed?' — each with a point value. The AI grades every call against them, citing transcript evidence for each answer, and produces an overall 0–100% score plus an executive summary. Link a scorecard to your uploaded scripts and policies, and the AI checks agents against your actual playbook.

  • Plain-language criteria — no query language to learn
  • Evidence-based scoring, no unsupported claims
  • Grounded in your own scripts, policies and FAQs

STAGE 05

Dashboards & coaching

"Where do we act first?"

Every scored call feeds live dashboards: average score, fail rate, score distribution and trends — filterable by client, campaign and agent. The analytics view ranks your weakest criteria worst-first and lists the agents who need coaching most, with the lowest-scoring calls one click away. Export everything to CSV whenever you need it elsewhere.

  • Weakest criteria ranked across all calls
  • Agents-to-coach list, lowest average first
  • Trends, distributions and one-click CSV export

And everything becomes searchable

Every transcribed call is automatically indexed for semantic search. Ask questions in natural language — "calls where the customer mentioned cancelling because of price" — and find the moments that matter across your entire call history, not just keyword matches.

What we never do

The pipeline is as important for what it doesn't do as for what it does.

  • Send your audio or transcripts to third-party AI providers
  • Move your data outside the European Union
  • Use your calls to train models
  • Mix data between accounts — isolation is absolute
  • Keep pipeline working files — transient processing data is short-lived by design
